How to Request Account Deletion

To delete your account in the Lovnin app:

1. Open the Lovnin app.

2. Go to your Profile.

3. Tap on Settings.

4. Select Delete Account.

5. Confirm your decision.

Once confirmed, your account and all associated data will be permanently deleted from our systems.

 What Data Will Be Deleted

When you delete your account, we will permanently delete:

• Your phone number

• Your profile details (name, bio, image, etc.)

• Uploaded photos or videos

• Messages and chat history

• Likes, comments, and saved items

• All activity logs related to your profile

This data cannot be recovered once your account is deleted.

What Data May Be Retained Temporarily

In some cases, we may retain limited information for a short period to:

• Comply with legal obligations

• Prevent fraud or abuse

• Resolve disputes

For example, server logs or metadata may be stored securely for up to 90 days after account deletion, but this data is not linked to your identity.
