1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using Lovnin, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions, which constitute a binding agreement between you and Itsvcare Inc (“we”, “us”, or “our”). If you do not agree to these terms, you must not use Lovnin.

These Terms apply to all users of the service.

2. Age Restriction and Legal Use

Lovnin is strictly intended for users 18 years of age or older.

• You must truthfully represent your age during registration.

• If you are under 18, you are strictly prohibited from using this platform under any circumstances.

• Itsvcare Inc reserves the right to take immediate legal action against any individuals found misrepresenting their age or violating this age restriction.

We reserve the right to verify age at any time and terminate accounts that do not comply with this requirement.

3. User Conduct

As a user of Lovnin, you agree:

• To provide accurate and honest information about yourself.

• Not to impersonate or mislead other users.

• Not to upload or share any content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, vulgar, hateful, or otherwise objectionable.

• Not to violate any applicable laws or regulations.

Violation of these rules may result in immediate termination of your account and may be reported to law enforcement where applicable.

4. Intellectual Property

All content and trademarks within Lovnin, including but not limited to logos, designs, text, software, and features, are the sole property of Itsvcare Inc or its licensors. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or exploit any part of the platform without explicit written permission.

5. License to Use

Subject to compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use Lovnin for personal, non-commercial use only.

Any unauthorized use of the platform will result in immediate termination of this license.

6. Account Termination

Itsvcare Inc reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account, without notice, for:

• Breach of these Terms

• Misuse of the platform

• Illegal activity

• Safety violations

• Fraudulent or deceptive behavior

We may also restrict access where required by law or to protect other users or the integrity of the platform.

7. Changes to Terms and Future Monetization

Lovnin is currently offered free of charge.

However, Itsvcare Inc reserves the right to update these Terms at any time, including introducing paid subscriptions, features, or usage-based fees in the future.

We will notify users of any material changes in advance via in-app notifications or email. Continued use of Lovnin after such updates constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

8. Disclaimer of Liability

Lovnin is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We make no guarantees that:

• You will find matches or connections

• The service will be uninterrupted or error-free

• Any specific outcomes will result from using the platform

You use Lovnin at your own risk. Itsvcare Inc is not liable for any damages, emotional distress, or disputes arising from interactions on the platform.

9. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Itsvcare Inc, its affiliates, directors, officers, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses arising out of:

• Your use or misuse of Lovnin

• Your violation of these Terms

• Any user content you submit or share

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction where Itsvcare Inc is legally registered. All disputes will be handled in accordance with applicable legal processes in that jurisdiction.
